Kalokairi Villa is a unique property nicely decorated with high quality furniture where the blue of the interiors, echoes the blue of the sea which is visible from every room in the house. The villa lays on a 4,000m2 grounds and has many terraces with comfortable seating to enjoy the spectacular vies and avoid the sun If one wishes. A gentle paved path leads to the comfortable pool terrace with comfortable sun loungers to laze around the Inviting freshwater swimming pool, surrounded by fully grown olive trees and endemic Skopelos bushes and flowers. The gardens of Kalokairi villa have been designed to blend into the wooded hillside on which the house sits, while also making the most of the property's wonderful vistas. Kalokairi villa is a spacious villa spread over two floors. The ground floor finds a large, open plan space, split into three levels. At the far end of the room, there is a sunken living room with high, open beamed ceilings, central fireplace and wall to wall windows with fantastic sea views. There is plenty of sofa space to lounge with a good book or watch the parade of boats coming and going from the harbour. In the middle there is a large dining table and more sea views, whilst a few steps down you’ II find a large kitchen with windows looking out to the swimming pool amongst olive groves and the sea beyond. The North Island, A Luxury Collection Resort is unashamedly aimed at providing the very best in privacy, location, accommodation, services, facilities and experience. Its 11 Villas have been built using, where possible, materials reaped from the rehabilitation process. In doing this the aim has been to capture the essence of “barefoot luxury”. Each Presidential Villa measures 450 square metres (4 890 square feet) giving guests enough room to spread out and enjoy a unique, private, islandstyle experience to the full. Each was individually handcrafted by Seychellois and African craftsmen on the Island from wood, local stone and glass, with thatched roofs that complete the magnificent design and is completely self-contained, raised over a metre off the ground to catch the cooling island breezes. Villas 1 to 10 are nestled discreetly in the tree-line, facing onto Anse d’est Beach. Villa North Island has been designed differently to accommodate the incline along the extreme northern side of the Anse d’est Beach and is secretly tucked away in the takamaka forest. Born from a love for the Maldives, Velaa Private Island is the passion project of a couple, Radka and Jiří Šmejc, to create the world’s most luxurious private island resort and personal home. Located in Noonu Atoll, a 45 minute seaplane flight from Malé, Velaa is a destination in a category of its own, home to an array of amenities unseen across the Indian Ocean. Velaa means “turtle” in Dhivehi, the local Maldivian language. Our name is inspired by the generations of sea turtles that inhabit the island and its beautiful coral reef.
